How fast you can send the Samples?
In stock products we can usually ship immediately on the day we receive the sample fee.
How would you pack the Samples for safety?
The warehouse workers will choose the appropriate packaging method. For small artificial plants, they will usually use foam wrap and then pack them in cartons. For large plants, they will be packed in wooden frames.
Do I need to pay for the Sample?
Will be charged sample fee and freight fee. It is not too much, normally around US $ 50 to US $ 100. It will be refundable after you place the formal order.
As a leading manufacturer of artificial plants, we receive many requests for samples from customers every day. If we were to provide free samples to every customer, it would be a huge expense. Therefore, we hope you can understand our position.
How will you send the Samples?
Our samples are sent by express, FEDEX or DHL’s official channels by default. Therefore, the safe and fast delivery of samples can be ensured.
How can I pay you the Samples costs?
Currently we only accept T/T (Bank Transfer).

About Shipping
① If you do not have a freight forwarder, please contact our sales staff. We will contact the freight forwarding company to help you check the shipping cost. (You can choose sea freight, air freight, door-to-door or door-to-port express delivery)
② If you have your own freight forwarder, please contact our sales staff and tell us the contact information. We will contact them when the product is finished.
